Luncheon Vouchers.

 

This deserves an explaination. Back in the 1980s a lady called Cynthia Paine ran a brothel in a respectable part of London. It was frequented by judges and other high ups, some say politicians. Luncheon Vouchers were exchanged for 'services' instead of cash to exonerate herself and the clients from charges of prostitution.
