allardjd 1,853
Impeccible! The clouds are unlike anything I've EVER seen in FS and the lighting on the AC is perfect. I note the sunlight on the top of each one is slightly different, reflecting (no pun intended) the different viewing angles. Lots of interesting little details like the non-identical tail numbers. Not sure I'm real keen on the sentiment, but it's art, after all. Nice work. Can't imagine what you'd crank out with a powerful box. Nice work! John
1mag1n3 0
Nice work reef, although i have to say its not quite at your impeccable high standards, however it still is amazing. The planes look very nice, with the lighting n'all. The planes look stunning. However, around the edges of the cloud there is a little bit of distortion possibly from re-sizing or compression, but i mean that is such a small thing its barely worth mentioning! Again, fantastic work!
reef 3
Ah well can't win em all John, sorry bud i should of said it was a composite, not FS skies, not yet anyway. I understand how you may not agree with the sentiment, I feel a soldier is generally a soldier doing what hes ordered and thus have no quarms about topic matter. I shall certainly be a little more careful in the future as i don't want to upset anyone. Thanks for the reply. 1mag1ine, I have tried to improve the cloud, yes quite a poor quality pic. Also added more prop detail and better reflections in the canopy. Also raised the lighting slightly. Appreciate your honesty. Cheers guys... steve
mutley 4,498
Hi Steve, I didn't see the original but this one looks like a very professional piece of art that I wouldn't be surprised to see on sale Cheers

allardjd 1,853
Steve, Your subject matter doesn't upset me. No need to worry about that kind of thing. The last thing we need here is censorship. Keep up the good work. John
reef 3
Thanks Joe, just trying to keep in practice. Thanks again Chris, i think i rush a little sometimes and miss things. Usually caused by my wife wanting to get on the laptop Only too happy to recieve pointers though. Glad no upsetment caused John. War can bring out both the best and worst in mankind, i would never portray the latter. Cheers guys, glad you liked it... steve
