Kevin Firth 114
Video The beginnings of a uk 60cm photoreal scenery, just a demo area showing a custom watermask. The end product will contain custom autogen as well (not shown in this short video)
brett 2,316
Large downloads, frozen waves and blurry textures and even adding autogen it leaves me disappointed and would still not turn me into a PS fan but I'm sure this will give the PS fans a boost. Thanks for the video and look at what's new in Photo Scenery.
mutley 4,498
Nice project Kevin, and thanks for the demo. I am so far down the Orbx route now that PS is not an option for me, good luck with the project
Kevin Firth 114
Each to their own of course this is just my little piece of learning for sanity, if anyone else ever uses it thats great - if not thats great too! I just like finding out how to do cool new stuff And i've promised my eldest dau I'll teach her how to fly.. as I sit here with her sister asleep in my arms I'm working out what I'm going to progress next on the scenery front
Richbro 3
If you can work on Guernsey, Kevin, you'll be doing me and a few others a great favour. Regards, Richard.
IZ0JUB 162
Nice work and very accurate terrain mesh. For those not wanting HD photo scenery you can download most of Europe free from this Italian guy http://italyphotoreal.weebly.com/ and he has made auto-gen too. Regards. MyPC8MyBrain 273
beautiful work Kevin, you've come a long way! my you can add wave effect to your coast line; this will make the foam area and fade more natural, also don't come out all the way to the coastline; you should align 3-4m inward right behind where the foam line starts
