Greetings all,

As the title suggest, here is a series of captures on the pack hunting P-51, voted #1 fighter plane of the century. The entire series (25 shots) can be viewed here: http://s264.photobucket.com/albums/ii17 ... =slideshow

Software used: FSX Accel, REX2.0, ENB mod (default settings), Warbirdsim's P-51, repaints by the talented OZx painter; Jan Kees, Scenery shown: Aerosoft's VFR Germany in the first half and Earth Simulation's wonderful Isles of Scilly in the second half.

Joe: I only picked up on Jan's repaints after some of his posts here, glad I did :biggrin:.

Jan: Only 2? I thought I DL more, I know some of them are default liveries but I deffo DL some of yours. It could either be in the shots I did not post, ie they are in my PB account link above or it maybe that I remember DL most, if not all, of your wonderful B-17 repaints. I DL/change/tweak/modify so much that I lose track sometimes, but I felt it was worth giving you credit and I did mention the plane was from Warbirdsim, so I did give them credit too.

Mike: I use a freeware utility from Mudpond called formation tool. (if you find some of my earlier screen shot posts referencing formation flying, I am sure I put a link in there somewhere)

Yep, the one with the piano-key nose markings and E2-C "Lou III", the others are all default, nothing wrong there, John's a master!

Thanks again Soya for the info. I have now installed the formation tool and having great fun with it. By loading up my Typhoon which has a formation of three a/c I ended up with 15 a/c using this tool in flight at the same time. :biggrin: Will post a pic asap.

Soya, various aspects of that very first shot are extremely realistic - particularly the fluffy clouds.
