mutley 4,498
The game has just arrived So I went straight to Monaco on a wet day. These shots are taken in replay mode as you don't get time to think where the printscreen button is when racing! No edits just re-size, I drove JB's car and had a nasty shunt from a Red Bull who came off worse. Lots more practice needed using keyboard, now do I get a wheel or 360 controller? Thanks for looking. SEATAC 400
Wow! Fantastic shots Joe. You gotta get a wheel and pedals. You use a yoke for FS, right? Why drive a car without a wheel?
jankees 917
wow, looks good! yeah, get yourself a wheel I'd say...

ManuelL 0
I'm not much of a racing fan, but you shots look fantastic ! I like that water effect on the tarmac.
needles 1,013
WOW! Joe, they look excellent mate. My son has an dated thrustmaster wheel somewhere in the attic, I wonder if it would still work with todays PCs. Game port (serial) I think. I'm tempted looking at those shots. MMmmmmm! I also think Mrs Needles (Margaret) would do her fruit if I now decided to change tack and go for racing instaed of flying. Thanks for sharing the pics Joe. regards Brian
mutley 4,498
Hi Brian, I have just ordered a cheap Thrustmaster wheel and pedals from Novatech.co.uk . Just being down the road I shall pick them up tomorrow morning. It is a good game but I wouldn't replace FS with it! Cheers
mutley 4,498
Forgot to include this one I posted in the General forum Wheel to wheel with Schumy! Cheers
rob16584 42
You need to steady on Joe, those are nearly as good as your FS shots

needles 1,013
Hi Brian,It is a good game but I wouldn't replace FS with it! Cheers Don't worry Champ, not a chance of me swapping. This would also be deemed good enough as a quote from Wifey  Cheers Joe Brian
mike H 456
Very nice Joe,so good you sure these aren't photo's as they all look so real. Must look into this one, only for my grandsons sake don't you know.
GabethePilot 1
Has anyone tried Singapore yet ? Utterly phenomenal... I've never seen so many straight lines, fenced and lighting, witohut the slightest hint of any shimmer or wooble or jaggies - and that's on the Xbox with just 4x MS AA. Incredible. Best bit of graphics coding I've ever seen. You only need half a dozen ramplights in a typical FS airport and you can see it wobbling from 100 miles away!!!! Tsk !
GabethePilot 1
In fact, if it looks this good on my Xbox, I hate to think what it's capable of on a good PC. Now, my Gran's coming over next weekend for Sunday lunch... wonder if I can get some bids for her on Ebay? Hmmm......
mutley 4,498
Hi Gabe, I'll try Singapore next to capture some shots. By the way, I forgot to mention the FPS in my other shots, a solid 60FPS with the highest graphics and audio settings running. Cheers
GabethePilot 1
Do you have a GTX 260 card ? Your specs say GX260. You certainly have enough RAM ! And as for your CPU... Hmmm, time for an upgrade I feel. Hehe. I can't believe how many straight line and fences, and all those lights, are on the rackside at Singapore. Yet no shimmer or wobble... notihng. I reckon it must be down to the EGO engine, as the 360 only manages 4xAA. "... If I owned the rights to EGO, I'd sell up for 10 mill, and do a runner - with that chick in the Quantas plane..." ...Denny Crane.
CSoul 182
Fantastic shots. I haven't played racing games for a while, and then primarily rally games, but now I'm sorely tempted. Could I request a shot from Spa-Francorchamps, flat out through Eau Rouge?

Hi Marcel, Wingit added some great shots to the thread in the General forum here http://forum.mutleyshangar.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5045&start=15#p37564 I will take some more shots in Spa as soon as I have visited Singapore as i have been told it is amazing!
