UKJim 502
im still pretty new to ILS and having such a gud weather engine during winter in the uk does not help the learning curve Im also trying to sort some issues with either plane or scenery for egnx - the glide slope wants to dump me in ground too short (not on runway)
UKJim 502
So an update is due... Cody and Sophie have been working the 757's hard and we now have over 126 million in the bank I have re-opened the first base I had Darrington Muni (1s2) with a single plane that also is my first ever plane the 182 RG - This base/plane is just for my pleasure really, I like the area and the shorter jobs may not pay well but they do help the reputation a lot. No jobs have been completed myself as I've been looking at maybe opening a base in Poland I think having a 757 there or maybe a 146 Avro 100 would bring more contracts and money to JAD - plus I hear Polish workers are cheap? Hopefully good at their job too hehe. I will keep you updated - I am going to fly in and around Warsaw for a while to scope the areas business before taking the plunge. Thanks for reading Jim (CEO JAD)
snowingairlines 0
Taking the company back to the basics. . Those small planes sure are a lot of fun to fly. None of the overly complex systems.
UKJim 502
Warsaw is a no go for JAD I'm afraid - I will still be looking then
UKJim 502
MEMO: Dear Staff, After a long break from flying I am pleased to announce I will joining the flying crew few some practice flights in the 757; after the long holiday I am a little rusty on the procedures so need to recap before taking the hot seat. I wish to thank Cody for holding the fort while I have been away - a little drop in reputation but money is good. I also want to thank Sophie for her hard work in the 757's - every minute is valued. Soon I will be back in the pilot seat and earning cash again. On a side note - I am thinking of selling the 182RG and replacing it with a brand new Tomahawk - it holds less and it is not as fast but a pleasure to fly This can be used to run those jobs for the Darrington -> Concrete contract transporting those school supplies back and forth. All in all we are still on the up and JAD is growing. Thanks to all the ground staff and pilots. Kind Regards Jim CEO JAD
Bobby 0
Hi Jim, Newbie here. It was good to see your thread pop up to the top and for this new person to read your adventures and see your excellent screen shots. Made my morning coffee in the hanger much more enjoyable. Thank you Bobby
