Leg 4 of the trip is the longest yet so I went for something a little speedier than the Beaver...

Alla aboard and ready to go

ScreenHunter_01Jun051256.jpg

Take-off was interesting to say the least - no water rudders

ScreenHunter_02Jun051303.jpg

Cruising along at 5,500ft

ScreenHunter_03Jun051326.jpg

Great scenery

ScreenHunter_04Jun051334.jpg

ScreenHunter_05Jun051344.jpg

Safely down, now to taxi to the jetty (somehow)

Excellent shots Rob it's a very nice region to tour around. I even bought the Beaver on the back of this so just to let you know you're on the wife's hit list aling with Graham ;)

What REX Theme did you use for Leg 3 of the trip?

The last leg of the journey is the longest so far and will take just over 2 hours.

Waiting patiently at the dock

ScreenHunter_01Jun101057.jpg

Cruise altitude is between 5,500 and 7,500 today

ScreenHunter_02Jun101118.jpg

Love the wing views

ScreenHunter_03Jun101118.jpg

Lots of clouds and mountains

ScreenHunter_04Jun101122.jpg

Very easy to get lost round here without a flight plan

ScreenHunter_05Jun101124.jpg

Watch that mountain!

ScreenHunter_07Jun101132.jpg

Not far from Stewart now

ScreenHunter_11Jun101251.jpg

Airfield in sight 10 miles up the valley

ScreenHunter_12Jun101255.jpg

Short finals

ScreenHunter_13Jun101305.jpg

Back where it all began 7.5 hours ago
