@Simi: I use a Dell Laptop, its fantastic! - my father has replaced all his Office hardware with Dell, this means Servers, Computer Units, Monitors and Printers - the service was second to none; I mean - people just be experiencing bad customer support in the home department but certainly not with Business! :eyebrow:

i must concede that there is a little bias on my side there... but my point still stands. Even PC World said this of the MacBook Pro..
