Thanks. He has 3 hard disks. One for Windows [15GB], another for various things and a USB hard disc. Could the last one cause that problem as it is a USB one?

Hi! My best friend has a very serious problem. Everytime he tries to play a song with Windows Media Player, it takes too long to respond. What's more, when he changes song, it takes also too long to respond. Also, his PC crashes without any warning, or even a blue screen. Every single hardware collapses and his PC doesn't respond at all. The hard disk seems not to be working. He suspects this is a problem with the network card.
