hifly 925
Happy Birthday Nigel. 1952, a good vintage for Chateaux Britfrog, made from the noble grape Nigella, unique to the Pyrenees. A cheeky wine that lingers on the palate. Enjoy a glass or two.

Terribly expensive though 22 euros for 10 litres , still i will donate my liver to medical science when i am gone.

britfrog 180
No John, it's me. Hope you had a good birthday Nigel. I suppose in France, you are probably still celebrating. Hic hic! Thanks B, As it happens we had lunch at a friends house near Perpignan with some of the management of the local rugby team, the dragons, and that lasted nearly 6 hours and boy was it toasty the temp in their garden was 34 degrees , so quite naturally had to cool down by downing the odd glass or 10 of the local wine. it is a hard life here but I guess someone has to do it
