1mag1n3 0 Posted May 4, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Yeah i have to say i prefer no rain.. The thrust is just a balance of blur, and use of the smudge tool. I just put a blob of white with the paint tool, and smudged it until i was happy. Trial and error unfortunately... The vortex is simply a white, 1 pixel sized line again smudged until happy.
