OK, so here's my entry No. 1

German Bi-plane performing to oohs from the crowd. Then the raids get in the way!

If I win, which by the looks of it, will, I'll get the Airbus Series - Volume 1, but will probably get Airbus Collection!

Just a couple of pointers that may help.

Bi-planes in combat often flew low over trees and hedges which makes for some great shots.

Taking a shot with the aircraft making up about 5% of the picture with the other 95% sky and grass makes a great shot for a scenery competition.

Many aircraft from WWI often flew with some incredible camo patterns which always look good in a screenshot.

Many stunt display teams still fly Bi-planes and their lies no end of interesting shots.

One of the most interesting parts of a bi-plane is the fact it has 2 wings with struts and cables holding it all together, a top down shot may as well be a monoplane.

Watch the blue max, one of the best wwI fighter aircraft films ever made.

Hope something here gets your creative juices flowing...

I'd like to say hi to everyone on the forum. I saw a link from the Justflight site about a screenshot competition and here I am. The entries so far have been great. Here is mine, the Bristol F-2B, heading south over England. It is my favourite biplane and, after it's bad start, the most successful two-seat fighter of World War I and a superb model in fsx.
