Captain Coffee 2,030
Firstly, this is a rough downsampled first cut...testing export and upload times/sizes...and A HUGE apology to Chris Bell for not including NE California on the Addon credits...doh...those scenes were some of the last added, and I forgot to update the final credits. That will Ofc be fixed in the Last Cut.Cheers. All comments welcome. (Edit: check that you may be able to view this one in 1080p) (Edit: upon re-watching this, I noticed this is the first time one of my video uploads permitted viewing in HD-1080p...720 was highest previously I have seen them run at. I suspect the new editing program Export funtion works better, or maybe the better quality of the Fraps original captures just permits higher quality??)
Quickmarch 488
Very nice, Matt, Thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm a huge fan of de Havilland aircraft and, fortunately, where I live I see a lot of them every day.

Captain Coffee 2,030
roflmao, "music used without permission" have you been taking lessons from Jeroen? i like where you’re going with this I consider this kind of stuff to be Art Collages incorporating flight sim hobby imagery with my favorite musical ear-worms. Not that I ever object to a day of Mark Knopfler ear-worms...so much more preferable than {C'mon and ring my Beeeeellllllllll, ring my bell...ding dong....} (apologies to anyone that knows that song and is trying to stick a bic lighter in their ear right now to kill the worm...). Seriously, Six Blades...Twin Otter with 6 prop blades...does nearly anything you want it to do? A perfect Coffee Pairing of music to addon...IMHO. Glad you guys liked it so far. Thanks for your encouragement.
brett 2,316
Great cut scene edits and never mind hearing Dire Straights tune although I prefer the engine sound in vid's with the music in the background. Beautiful background scenery too!!!

Captain Coffee 2,030
Great cut scene edits and never mind hearing Dire Straights tune although I prefer the engine sound in vid's with the music in the background. Beautiful background scenery too!!! Thanks Brett. I agree bout wanting to hear the engines and cockpit rattles and all in a "flight video"...in a 'Music Video' of necessity the tunes have to be up front stage. I'd prefer No music in a "Cockpit View Video" personally if there is any pilot chatter going on...or at least segue gracefully into some background music "Lets see what we can tune up on the Radio Direction Finder while enjoying the views..." or something like that . I tried making this with zero engine noise, and various volumes...but found myself fiddling with the volume differences in each scene, and found that just whacking each scene with engine sounds down to -12db kept some of the "buzzzzzz" but didn't distract from the music. It was fun making some of the scene/music links and changes...sometimes i would position a Flash of light with a Beat and then play it and discover that 3 more linked up as well...that scene with the wing bobbing up and down through the sun reflections was a very Happy Accident discovery.
