It's difficult to give a bad comment on either of these reef the they are both excellent shots. The first one holds more of the wow factor, those puddles look very good and the second one would be hard to tell from the truth! I have no problem with you posting these in in the regular screenshot forum as we know that's your style. Thanks for posting.

Nice find Sam, I wonder where Sharon had got to!
-
Good guess Dai, alas not correct but at least we all know its somewhere in South America. It is named after a person, not the biggest airport in it's country and not the only airport serving the nearby town/ village /city? Cheers
-
Indeed John it can be a bit frustrating to wait but if the ATC had control over it then it wouldn't be a problem? Cheers
-
I quite like taking the Kingair 350 up every now and again for some sightseeing. The default aircraft are generally more frame friendly if that's a problem for you. Cheers

Ok John we're back on track :mrhappy: Free free to post Leg 51 at your leisure to bring this very successful section to a close. Cheers

Ok, you do seem the only one guessing at the moment, our usual gang of guessers are either on holiday or otherwise engaged. Cheers

Blimey Simi you're like a dog with a bone! Let's say .. wrong country, does that help?
-
It's high aright! Let me say that you would already be a member of the mile high club, even before you take off :mrhappy:

Errm ... Let me think... No, sorry :mrhappy:

:mrhappy: Welcome back Rich. As users of flight sim software I think we have become very used to freeware and benefiting from others peoples work. I wonder if AA would go after these freeware developers too? That would massacre the market and we would all have to go "underground" Ohh look at the time, back to work. Grrr Cheers

Product Review Horizon Simulation Generation X Vol 2 review.
mutley replied to mutley's topic in News and Press Releases
Hi Magic, I have the complete set of GenX. I originally purchased after comparing the 2 early demo versions. I also have JF Volumes 1 & 2. There are good points on both sides. It's a shame we cannot have a combination of the 2. Now I have had the chance to fly both, overall it would probably be JF. Good points- GenX: Higher resolution mesh, That's it at the moment. In the future they are promise much but are delivering little. JF: (Vol 2&3) Much better colour, has night textures, aligned runways, inland water, GPS view works. Bad Points- GenX Colour is unrealistic and very hi -
I agree Martin, any lost revenue must be a drop in the ocean to them. I think Coca Cola have the same policy. Glad you like the forum colours now, it's very calming I reckon :mrhappy: Cheers

:mrhappy: Welcome aboard Magic, nice to see you here and we really need a foil for Uncle Martin  This airport is St.Barts TFFJ it comes as part of FlyTampa's St Maarten scenery along with Saba (SABA/TNCS) but only in the FS2004 version Cheers
-
Good guess Simi. It is at quite a high altitude
-
I'm with you on that one Uncle Martin, it does look like it was made out of old Fairy Liquid bottles and toilet roll holders :rofl Cheers

Leg 50 : SVMG Isla Margarita to TCNA Aruba
mutley replied to ddavid's topic in Around The World Challenge (ATWC)
I remember What I said now  :good Dai/David/Boyo Aruba at last! It's at times like this that all the worries of the world just just disappear as we join your fantasy world. It's a sort of adventure within an adventure and sometimes we are allowed a brief view of what goes on in your mind! I still reckon it's the sheep dip, but nevertheless a brilliant post, thank you so much for rescuing the baton, I expect Panos had been drinking too many Pina Coladas so had taken his eye off the ball :mrhappy: So just for you, for the first time, I am pleased to announce a specially commissio -
Mmm sleep what's that! I must get Radar Contact I've heard it's very good. I am still adding to my FS2004 collection. Another one I have is FS Flight Keeper, a very good flight tracker and logbook, I use it to automatically pass my flying hours onto my GA VA. (http://www.atukv.net/) Must get back to that sorry Richard. Cheers

Hey Fred, Thanks for reposting, sorry I cannot get back the original replies but hey these shot are just as good or even better the second time around. I love the pictures and commentary, as always with your posts. More fine scenery as well, it never fails to amaze me where you get these from. It's nice to see you in GA, hands on, thanks for getting the baton to Barbados, it's changed quite a bit since I was last there (19 years ago :mrhappy: ) Cheers
