It seems to be a Firefox problem. When I logged in via Internet Explorer it seems to be ok.

No idea how that went on twice!

They are interesting craft. I have another of those kits that I intend to convert back to an offshore supply boat owned by Gray Mackenzie in the Persian Gulf. They did the crew changes and stores etc for BP and as such I spent a lot of time aboard as a passenger! They operated out of Ras al Khaima and you could hear them coming for miles. They were always a welcome sight as it meant mail coming aboard or that you were going home after a 5 month trip.

A321 breaks up over Egypt, no survivors.

Just heard from a mate of mine on FB who works for an American airline, apparently the latest scuttlebut is that the aircraft was brought down by a Drone! Either a middair collision or a stray missile strike. This has not been confirmed however, but if true then this could open a whole new can of worms! The reaper can reach altitudes of around 50'000 ft and slightly less if fully loaded, that would put a small hard to see aircrft at the same height as a cruising airliner. Niether would nescacarily see the other until it was way too late, if indeed they saw at all. If it was a rogue missile t -
mince pies.

I seem to have sort of resolved the Facebook issues, It would seem to be Firefox specific as when I used Internet Explorer to load stuf it all went on normally. I have the latest version of Firefox so the problems shouldn't be happening but for some reason they are. Just means a bit more buggering about to load pics.

Too right I would.

The PCF (patrol craft, fast)boats were used primarily in Vietnam where their shallow draught and high speed made them ideal for patrolling the rivers and estuaries around the Mekong Delta among others. they were developed from working boats used by oil rigs etc and modified for naval use. The last ones were used by Malta a few years ago. This boat has seen plenty of action and even has repaired battle damage. It's 1/48 scale, and was great fun to build. I added a few stores to give it a bit more of a used look.. Hope you like the result. thanks for viewing, comments welco

It's not only aircraft and Armour that I build, I'd like to introduce you to my ever growing fleet of Submarines. They range in scales from 1/144 to 1/700. The fleet is still being expanded, with one craft , the USS Sea Wolf coming in at almost a metre long! When that one's built I'll show you. Anyway, here's what's in port so far. thanks for viewing, comments welcome.

is it just me or is anyone else having problems when trying to upload pics to PB. Just lately it will barely accept anything without it failing. Won't take BMPs again , won't even take some of my older JPEGS. I'm having real problems uploading screeniies or digital photos etc. I have 4 different PB accounts and all are doing the same thing. i am getting really fed up with it. I don't know of any other picture hosting sites though. can anyone help?

Great looking aircraft, I did a test flight of this jet a year or so ago when it was released as an FS2004 model, -
Ok guys, here's a fairly easy one.
-
Must have had pretty heavy snow in Boston that year, bet it played havoc with the runway!
-
I remember reading about this aircraft in one of the magazines a while ago, It's an interesting piece of history. Great renderings on the model. Nicely done.
-
All good fun, looks like you're getting the hang of that bird.
