Didn't know you were a Perry Como fan, Joe... Haven't a clue on this one, so I'll bide a wee! Cheers - Dai.

That collapse of the castle at the end is brilliant - decent bit of image animation - top marks! Although I'm not an AC/DC acolyte, I do subscribe to Metal - my preference being Aerosmith... But I got to admit, those lyrics are good, eh? :dance2: Hope Germaine ain't reading this post - ouch! :th_smiles73: Nice find, G! Thanks for sharing. Cheers - Dai.

Is the cut-away view a development screen shot or does the FS9/FSX model have that option? Be good if it did, eh? Thanks for sharing... Cheers - Dai.

This should be easy... Cheers - Dai.

A worrying article, but an excellent, if tongue in chhek, comment: And to think that the virus "keeps coming back" after "wiping it off" - maybe they should use McAfee... Cheers - Dai.

O.K. - I guess I'll come clean! I got it from Joe's Indonesian Airlines B744, turned his top-down the 'right' way up and looked around Tim's Plan-G for an east coast 18/36 field... Came up with Natuna-Ranai (WION) - and the FSX view confirmed it. What the "373" means, I'm not sure, but the NDB frequencies don't match either - unless it's the approach frequency? Nice one, Joe... Ciao - Dai.

Flight1 announces Instant Mission Maker Update
ddavid replied to mutley's topic in News and Press Releases
I'm really not sure about this product. As Brett says, Instant Mission Maker does make it easier to produce relatively simple missions, but the ones that I've tried have tended to "look" easy from the designer's viewpoint but almost impossible to navigate for the user. This is because even the least complex mission logic can be 'interpreted' ambiguously, at run-time, by the FSX engine. Like any program, FSX missions have to be tested as if an idiot were to fly them - you really must take into account all possible actions by the user to prevent the mission just 'hanging'. This can happen if a t -

I was in the vicinity of the current GTA field, taking a few more shots for the clue-less - oops, sorry - participants, when, out of the corner of my eye, I say a Beaver approaching. No, not the 'dam' kind, but a Canadian built de Havilland type (Nuff said! - Ed). 'Funny', I thought, 'maybe he's just looking over the field...'. :th_smiles73: But, no, he did a nice base turn: Then he came over the threshold: And, with a shower of sparks, he was down! What an ... ace! You don't see that kind of skill often - but you know what M.S. AI pilots are like! Cheers - Dai.
