I really do like UWXP, I have it set to load random sets upon every load but you get set it how you like.......as for weather it can use what's supplied by XP11 or you can download NOAA(free), use Flight sim global weather if you have it or get Activesky Xplane....these will all decode the weather and UWXP will display it.......there may be issues you get as with all software but up until now I have not had any problems, also if you put in TE from ORBX and a high end aircraft you may lose FPS but we all expect that in any sim........however like I said previously I have them all and this is th

I use UWXP in conjunction with either ASXP or FSGRW..... I have them all including Skymaxx Pro & Xenviro....for me at the moment UWXP looks best and Skymaxx seems to be the one that slows my system the most, Xenviro I will await 1.10 and see how that goes, I have seen a video show accumulative snow effects....

Thanks for trying, not sure what was going on really, I am currently using XP11.30...... log.txt for X-Plane 11.30r3 (build 113014 64-bit) I was flying the Dreamfoils 407....

Remember Jim HIFI only released it recently and they have said it is not fully sorted yet....more to come also I heard they may do textures as currnetly they use whatever you have in sim...I have been messing with UWXP /ASXP & Xvision, I posted shots elsewhere...

Very nice though yesterday I had a contrail coming from the top of a Helos at 1600ft...

So I gave in and bought Xvision for XP....first try with default setting....aircraft is JF's Archer III, a little preview for you.....

Yeah you are correct, download the version via ED (Eagle Dynamics), it does make a difference, some stuff bought will not work with the stuff at steam, it may in the future... https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/products/world/ I had it and whilst it does look really good unfortunately it wasn't for me, I did post some screenies but you may have to search to find them...found one lot... it is free though so no harm trying it....

Once you have XP running, click the settings on top righthand side, once opened click data output, find the one that does fps in cockpit, click that. you should now have a box top left of screen... I use 1tb hard drive, only SSD I have is for windows system....

2nd flight into Calgary, this time I managed to pull it all together and capture the ILS correctly, felt really good when it all came together......I felt the tutorial and the manual leave a few things out as even though this is a Boeing it is different to land in an ILS environment than the others I have, example being no where does it say I have to set up the EFB for landing and transfer to FMC, thanks for Youtube!! JG I run both side by side, XP on one drive and P3D on another, both in my eyes have great positive points...flight sim at the moment is a great thriving hobby to be involved in as there is so much choice out there....I have loads for P3D but I never look at the money I have spent, you would have spent it on something else if not flight sim stuff and whatever that was you may have grown bored with it, as long as you still have them installed you can use them...currently using P3D a lot as I am loving using QW787, but soon I may miss the FF320 and go back to XP for a while, I also have Air Haul
