  1. Good good, though to be fair, AA is the airline I fly the most legs with during my tour.
  2. Hi mut, Unfortunately, there is one AA tube (albeit a shortish and fat one - guess the aircraft) to go. Afterwards, some much better looking planes in terms of liveries.
  3. Well, here we are with the next legs of my epic voyage around the world. I have modified some route segments to make it more interesting, and to have more 744s and A340s, and even an A310. They may not be the most logical route - but it will be good fun. The seventh leg is a MD-80 service from DFW to YYZ. Flightplan - it takes us over the Great Lakes today. At the gate, rear stairway opened for mx. Pushing back, Number 1 engine spooling up. Passing some AA heavies, we will fly an AA heavy later on in the tour. Accelerating. Up, up and away - gear just finishing retracting.
  4. Great video there, it does look rather easy though if you do it all the time it must be!!
  5. World Tour Legs 5 & 6 - Heading North Well, here are legs 5 and 6 of my world tour. Leg 5 - AA588 San Juan, Puerto Rico to Miami, Florida. Aircraft AB6. Flighplan, as always. Here we are at the gate, loading up our Airbus A300. Pushing back, our A300 looking very fat. Taxiing out just as the heavens open  Accelerating, see the speed by how the rain is blurring past. Tucking the gear away, still under the rain. Out of the rain as retract the flaps and turn North. Cruising... Sun starting to go down. Darker now. Hitting the coast of Florida as we star
  6. Well, here is legs 3 and 4 of my "Oneworld" World Tour. Our first flight is BA2157, a BA777 from Gatwick down to sunny Antigua. The flightplan - bonus points for telling me who I am talking to on msn. At the gate at Gatwick North. Pushing back, about to start our mighty GE-90s. Taxiing out, passing a fellow T7. Waiting for take off on 26L behind an Emirates A330. Turning onto the runway.... ....Accelerating, about to rotate... ...And tucking the gear away. Passing over Plymouth, just finishing the initial climb. Byebye Europe Over the middle of the Atlantic.
  7. Hehe, black gold is free in flightsim. I go to a private school in London. Yes, that is indeed the Wilco A319, and it will feature again in the tour, but with different colours. :dance2:
  8. Well, as it is now approaching the Summer holidays for me (we break up tomorrow), I have decided to commence a world tour. There are a couple of small rules which I will follow to make it an interesting and varied tour: Aircraft will for the most part be payware. The tour is only allowed to be flown with Airlines in the Oneworld Alliance, with real schedules followed. All flights will be in real time. Well, here we are, starting with the first leg. A short leg, with a BA A319, Heathrow to Edinburgh (BA1458). The flightplan: At the gate at Heathrow's T5: Pushing back, starting the
  9. Ooops, thanks for pointing it out. And I saved them as .png on purpose, I read on the JF forums it increases the quality.
  10. Some of you may have noticed my absence on the forum during the past week. I was away on a French Exchange with my school, and we flew from London Heathrow (T5) with British Airways to Lyon Saint Expuery (LYS - LFLL), where the exchange took place. Although I took no pictures of the flight, due to it being a school party, I have done the flights on the sim and here is the outbound leg. Here we are at the gate, an A320 today. Half an hour later, we have pushed back, started the engines and recieved our taxi clearance. Faced with a queue for take off for 27L..... Finally reached t
  11. Happy Birthday Mutley. Although I have not been a member her for a long time, I have seen the hard work you have out into this website. Enjoy the new phone.
  12. :poster_oops: You are indeed right, I believed that all BA 777s were RR powered.
  13. Very nice shots, great scenery, but shouldn't the engines have RR stickers, not GE ones?
  14. Today we follow two legs of a private pilot owning a DA40 flying around the Islands around St. Marteen. The first leg is TFFJ>TNCM followed by a return. 5 in the morning, opened up, waiting for the passengers to arrive. Everyone on board, taxiing out on a very short taxi to the runway. Accelarating past the terminal. Airborne, turned to GPS track, and climbing away. Some nasty looking clouds up there. Passing a container ship. Over a very cloudy St. Martin Island. For some reason the picture over Maho Beach ended up wrong, here it is. Slowing down. Later in the
  15. It's a fantastic add-on. The fps are better with it, including the static aircraft, then the freeware scenery I had installed before. As to the ILS frequencies, I am pretty sure they are the same, but as I am doing a flight to EGLL right now, I will tell you at the end. OK?
  16. Thanks for the comments. It was quite a long flight, but AC does have some 15 hour flights.
  17. Thanks for the comment. I stared with 68100kgs and finished with 5500 kgs. Flight time was 9:35 on the chrono, due to a nice tailwind (70 knots) over the Med.
  18. "Welcome onboard Air Canada's flight from Torontos Pearson International Airport to Tel Avivs Ben Gurion Airport. Your Captain today is VAC1714, with Matt Dodds and Katie Taylor as our two co-pilots. The flight time is expected to be around 9 hours and 50 mins, and we expect to arrive at the Gate at Ben Gurion airport around 9:50 local time. Our routing will take us over Gander, St Johns in Nova Scotia, then across the Atlantic Ocean, over the Jersey Islands, with landfall over France. We will the continue Eastwards, over Italy, Greece, passing North of Crete then South of Cyprus, before a
  19. As i recently got promoted to First Officer at Virtual Air Canada, I can now fly the heavies, and thus I decided to do a short hop from Toronto to Montreal. Here are a couple of shots: Thanks for looking, comments welcome.
  20. Thanks for the warm welcome. I think I will just fly flights, and post screenies. How many legs are left until the end of the challenge? I have been looking thorugh the posts, and the shots and story lines are extraordinary.
  21. Well, as I have just joined theses forums, it seems I have missed the last batch of flights available. Are there any still going free, or perhaps there will be some more in the near future?
  22. Hi all, my first forum post here, though you may know me from the Just Flight forums (hint:look at the usernames ) Just some old shots from a previous shot on the Just Flight forums, apologies if you have seen them already. :mrhappy: You'll be see a lot ACA shots from me in the future as I fly for Virtual Air Canada. Passengers all loaded, gate away, contacting ground for pushback. Ta
