Fantastic post Martyn, Made even better for me by spending the last 2 hours of the fight on MSN last night talking me through the progress, I was passing the updates on to dgor on the other line! Well I live on the South coast where a lot of our weather can come from Europe or even jetsteam in from Northern Africa. Further up north in the "Black country" where Uncle Martin lives it barely gets above freezing, that's what I've heard. :mrhappy: I few years ago I'm sure I never used to get so hot, perhaps it's my age, Uncle Martin will be able to tell you about that. Like you say it's the humidity that is a killer, we have three fine days and a thunderstorm then summer's over! Cheers

They reckon it will reach 38+ this year. That's not to say we get that every day but I guess around 28 would be average in summer where I live.
