    Need Help

Hi Gunfighter, Is this problem only related to FSX or does it happen to other programs with a bar at the top? If you log onto Mutley's for example, and you press the ALT key, can you see the bar at the top with File, Edit etc etc. Cheers Needles
  4. Great shots Mark. You had me going there for a while. I thought it was your 'real world' Duke. Derrr! Great pictures though thanks for posting. regards Needles
  5. Hi Guys, It's that time of year again. My son is in the RAF based at RAF Wittering. He has been tasked with organising this years Banger Run taking place in September this year, in aid of 'Help for Heroes'. Last year there were 15 teams and they raised around £20,000 for the cause. The event which is NOT a race is open to anyone as long as the rules are adhered to. If you would like to either, take part or sponsor the teams that are going, then please follow the link below and get in touch with Paul, my son. He would be delighted to hear from you. Thanks for reading and/or doing what yo
  6. Hey Si' I've voted 'Possibly' as I have had some experience of RC Helicopters in the past. My son bought a kit, we built it, joined a local RC club, had the main guy set it up and fly it for us, the wind caught it one day and I was in the way, it nearly took my arm off. It was great fun and something I would like to do again sometime. (Not the arm bit) Having a section on MH will, I don't doubt, give members a chance to see what is actually on the market today and find the expert advice on the various topics you suggest. Good luck and I hope to see the section here on MH. Cheers Brian
  7. That's a shame. The guys at AVSIM wanted to give us a more up to date site and imo they did a great job. The new site was fresh and very easy to navigate. Ah well the power of the masses I suppose. It's just great that they managed to get everything back as it was after the attack on their site. Well Done and Great Work AVSIM.
  8. Hi Joe, Just had a quick sortie and it looks quite clean, fresh and easy enough to nav' through. Good on them. Thanks for the HU. Brian
  9. Apologies for referring to this post as software/hardware piracy.
  10. One rule. Buy the real item full stop. Software/hardware piracy IS a crime.
  11. I wasn't even a twinkle in my fathers eye in 1936, but 20 years later I arrived. I was lucky enough last year to see the Spitfire, Hurricane and Lanc' at the RAF Leuchars airshow. The Spittie really is in a league of it's own when it comes to aerodynamics and sound. Beautiful. Happy Birthday Spittie. Cheers Joe. Brian
  12. Great review Jack as per your usual submissions. Although I'm strictly a props guy, it is always good to read reviews about other aircraft. Cheers Brian
  13. Well Done Si', excellent shot. Enjoy whatever you choose as your prize.:001_th_smiles89:
  14. Hi David, I believe FSX displays your saved flight in chronological order, that is, your latest saved flight would be dispalyed first in line. Hope this helps. Regards Needles

  18. Hi Joe, Thanks for the HU. I have downloaded this aircraft for FSX and it seems very fast after flying the cessnas.:th_smiles73: I might have to build another PC for it ha ha. I only have my current PC for FSX. Cessna310R review is now underway. Got one of my sisters up from Englandshire for a week tomorrow so may be busy showing her the sights. If I can move about that is. My back is giving me a lot of grief at the moment.:001_th_smiles48: Chat soon. Regards Brian
  19. Superlatives are all out of stock this month Soya so nerr!.:001_th_smiles89:
  20. Never mind posting screenies Jack, get on with the build.:001_th_smiles89: Great shots BTW.:icon_thumbup:
  21. Nice review Joe, and a good read also. I liked your inclusion of the history part too. A good touch. I am going to have to get into Aussie flying methinks. There are just so many airports/fields to choose from with staggering detail from Orbx and FTX. Cheers
  22. :birthday1: Simon. aka Simi_av8r Hope you have a good one. Regards Needles
