Kevin Firth 114
Awesome review Brian thank you! If I ever get round to learning to fly my NGX properly I really should get PFPX k
Bruce (a.k.a. brian747) 142
<grin> Thank you for that, Kevin! Yeah but, having done time in Support Helicopters, I honestly can understand the appeal of "follow the M3 down as far as Winchester, then turn right and....". It's just that if you're vlying from Athens to Rio, you do need that bit more help (which PFPX (at last!) provides). Cheers, Bruce (Allegedly).
Kasper 14
Outstanding review. Since FSC also downloads the current NAT tracks and I have already use other programs for weather / fuel and VFR planning I am still on the fence with this tool. The support for ETOPS is just not enough of an edge. But maybe the user friendliness will win me over. Thanks for all the information - it will surely help make up my mind. Bruce (a.k.a. brian747) 142
Thank you, Kasper! Did I mention somewhere that PFPX does accurate fuel planning? I too have FSC, but haven't used it since PFPX...... Cheers, Bruce or whatever....

stu7708 244
Great review B(rian). Like Kasper I do already have FSC for my IFR planning, and although it does have it's strange quirks it does the trick for me at the moment...
Kasper 14
Darn, after much contemplation bought this and now I am into making aircraft profiles instead of flying aircraft. How's that for a product defeating it's original purpose!
