Hi Phil First off, the Dreamliner is a cracking choice for sims new and old, 32GB should see you ok, the video memory in that card is good too. Don't worry about the Corsair Hydro H100i, it is a sealed sealed unit and you won't even notice, please don't have nightmares! Minimum CPU for ideal is i7-5800, your i7 7700K should be ok? It's just a question of balance of performance over quality and a bit of tweaking.

Well it sounds like it cannot read the path from your registry, can you browse manually to the sim directory?

Personally, I stayed at 32GB but you can never have to much of any resource!
