Hawker Harrier GR1. German Air Force, 1967. Airfix 1/72 scale. The German Air Force never actually operated this aircraft. They took part in the HS Kestrel trials with the Tripartite Squadron( comprising of UK, US and German pilots) at RAF West Raynham in the early 1960s, however following this they decided not to take up the option of acquiring the aircraft. This model represents what the Harrier may have looked like in German service. Thanks for viewing, comments welcome.

You'd have a hard job getting PAX on an aircraft with no pilot! It's bad enough on the Docklands Light Railway that runs trains without drivers! A jet without pilots would never catch on..........certainly not in the very near future. Certainly I wouldn't trust one!

Someone want to nail this budgie then?

Now for the next part of your Day Skippers exam I would like you to get your boat out of here! -
The idea of reducing the flight crew to just one is total madness! We all know it CAN be done but there are dozens of reasons, (already listed) why it shouldn't be. Can you imagine how the passengers would react if they found out! This is clearly a step too far and I cannot see many airlines taking such a step. Certainly no long haul operator would be that stupid. If the pilot was to become incapacitated I could imagine the fligh attendants coming out an asking if there was a pilot on board! ...........and 50 odd flight simmers all stick their hands up!

Best wishes everyone.

Took some passengers out to the Great Barrier Reef.........only it's not there in FSX! Now they are demanding a refund! Why is a major world landmark missing I'd like to know!? Thanks for flying with us, we'll process your refunds in due course!

I'm not sure, could be a camera gun, It doesn't explain in the readout.

The Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Queensland, Australia. A well known and well photographed natural wonder, It can be seen from space, it can be seen from an aircraft, it is very very visble!..........so why then is it NOT visible in FSX? Apart from a few small brown lumps roughly where it should be. it's not there! Is there an add-on that puts it back? It would be nice to see. I just took a dedicated flight out to where it is supposed to be and my passengers wanted a refund as they didn't get to see it! Can anyone help please? Thanks.
