Winter is coming! Better get out the snow brush and clean off the DC-9!

BAE125-800A Grass field = greater chance of losing control. Possibility of something catching and flipping the aircraft. Concrete runway = smoother landing as it just slides to a stop.

Beautiful! Love the MD-80. I fly the FSX version by Flight 1.

Product Review FlyJSim - 727 Series for X-Plane
SEATAC replied to mutley's topic in News and Press Releases
Love the 727, and I realize this is for X-Plane, which I do not own, but the exterior modeling in those examples look like the default AI aircraft in FSX, which is not saying much. Looks like it is in serious need of some McPhat hi-res repaints. -
Enjoy it. I am jealous. I have been waiting for this to come to an IMAX near me since it was first announced. The closest showing to me is still 200 miles away.

Some very nice shots there. Forgot the approach button. . Who hasn't done that from time to time? That's where a first officer and checklists come in handy.

Superb! Wonderfully modeled. Love that cockpit. Looks like a two-crew fighter jet.

Great shots! Love that NCA scenery -
In an ATA DC-10-10 at dusk. A very picturesque time to fly. No fancy glass cockpit here. Climb aboard and relax. Sharon will be around shortly with complimentary beverages. I love when they say 'complimentary' after you've paid all that money to fly

A321 breaks up over Egypt, no survivors.

At least there is a possibility Cameron has a backbone. We already know that Obama doesn't have one. -

Alan, If you think Russia is attacking ISIS for any ideological reasons think again. Putin, former KGB man, is propping up Assad because he wants to become a major power player in the middle East and this is a good way to get a foothold, in addition to their deals with Iran. They would like nothing better than to frustrate and humiliate the U.S. He may be out to get ISIS now, but only sofar as to whatever suits his long term plans. If he can strike them and make everyone else look incompetent, the better for him -

Even a dyed-in-the-wool Socialist like him can smell the coffee when the entire pot of boiling liquid is poured into his lap. He's got a great grasp of the obvious when it can no longer be denied. John Unfortunately, it will take another 9/11 type event in the US to spur Obama to do anything meaningful.
