The sun came out over Pembrokeshire today, and everything is drying out nicely after nearly 2 months of damp weather. And, as if to celebrate, my friend The Sun decided to show off: That's a Sun Dog, on the left. It's caused (correct me Martin!) by ice-drystal diffraction in the stratosphere. You can see the cloud which causes the image better here: O.K. - end of lecture - but it was pretty amazing. Cheers - Dai. :mrhappy:

Not a lot to choose between 'em, apart from age...... Personally, I feel that 4 engines are more than twice as good as 2 in this application. Have you seen those KC135's 'clawing' their way into the sky, fully laden with fuel? So, how about turning back with only 1 of 2 engines operational? Maybe I'm just too sensitive (Yeah, Shuddup, Dai! - Ed) Cheers - Dai. :mrhappy:
