  1. It is with great frustration that I am going to be offline this weekend. Reason: Telecoms is down for the weekend. As for ATWC leg 19 I will be flying that over the weekend and will post as soon as my comms is back up and running. See you after the weekend, and have a great weekend all in what ever you may be doing or have planned (hopefully a lot of FS). Cheers Wayne
  2. Oh great news the baton is in South Africa, or shall I say  , I am on a film shot doing some flying for a up an coming movie about South African Jet Aces during the war. I will need to borrow a plane and get my A%$ up to FAPI to meet the baton and pick it up for the next leg, need to pull some strings and I must get hold of CP to meet me there. Great post 'Capthill', and the baton surely did get first class treatment on this leg, well the president must recognise the importance of the baton, in the way it is bring Nations together around the globe. Loved this leg, well done CaptHil
  3. Here is my controbution for this months comp. I do not normally fly in snowy winter conditions, being from Africa and all, but thought I would give it a go, flying out of CYXC (Cranbrook, Canada), conditions where so bad I could not see far enough ahead and even started loosing sight of the ground at times, and being a GA flyer I get nervous when I an not see the ground. Not long after take off I decided this was for the geese, so I turned around and managed to find my way back to my departure AP and landed, safely thank goodness. So all 3 my entries from the same flight. Minor edits to enha

Steve, Great edit and thank you for making my homeland the theme choicefor this final edit, with the springbok and old SAF colours I am saddend by the news, and not for my sake but for the sake of this really wonderful FS community called Mutley's Hangar. While I realise that you will not be leaving us for good and that you will still post here from time to time, it is the richness of your posts and the value you bring to this site that will be missed not only by myself but by all that are members of Mutley's Hangar, I am sure. 22. Is there any limit to how high you can set the bar Steve, man this a mind blowing shot. I love the way the second glider is placed in the background.
  23. Just when I think you have set the bar, you raise it even higher. Steve it is just amazing how realistic you are able to make your shots look. Your efforts are paying off. Well done mate, really awsome edit.
  24. Davey, a very deserved winner mate, congratulations. I must, had I been the judge of this comp, your shot would have been my first choice to win.
