I just looked at the site and unless you are AKA Steve Wayne I would say that is a glaring omission on his part. If it's freeware, why wouldn't you be able to publish them? Seems like the business side of this stuff can turn into a pain in the butt. No wonder so many talented folks end up leaving the sim community because of mistreatment. Is the aircraft worth downloading? Isn't it possible to change out the props bmp's or ddl's with "like" props from an FSX AC?

Wat did ey du to desrve tis abuce? Great pic's, enjoyed the looksee.

Anybody have the Huey? I haven't had much luck with the freeware versions and would sure like to add a good one to my hanger.

Thanks Joe. Wasn't sure if some of the scenery was sim and some real world. It looked like a mix.

Would this make him a HoBear instead of a Hobo?

Took off into the wind off the back of my yacht that was going full speed ahead. I just happened to fly a Midway mission a couple of months back and it took me awhile to find the Japanese fleet. By the time I dropped my bomb my fuel was low and I didn't think I had enough to make it back to the carrier so I headed for Henderson Field instead. Landed in the same direction too. That's why it looked familiar, otherwise I am at a loss how you guys figure these airports out . The airport shown below is near a body of water that is so beautiful it would turn the Great Spirits frown upside down.

Sorry 'bout that. It would be Henderson Field (former RW ICAO PMDY) located on Sand Island which is part of the Midway Atoll (or Islands). Used to be a Naval base there but although there is still one active runway it it now run by the Fish and Wildlife Dept and is used a preserve. Give me a bit and I will post a new airport shortly.

That looks like it would work just fine. Plus they can pay them in berries. There has been a few bears in and around our neighborhood a couple of weeks back. One got into the septic tank of the family behind me, knocked the cover off and climbed right in. He destroyed the sump pump, stripped the wires and ate all the sludge. The neighbor said he climbed back out and was staggering around like a drunk. I just moved here on the mountain and it takes some getting used too seeing bears walk past the side of the house while your sitting on the porch. They just look at you and go on their merry way

Thanks Alan. I wasn't sure if there was supposed to be a winner for the bosses pic. I figured it was just to keep us sharp awaiting Alan's return from his trip. I say all the captions are winners on that one The next one is not exactly aviation related but should garner some varied captions. Please everyone, don't be shy and join in. Hit us with some funnies or even something clever and enlightening, it's all good. -
Whew.. that was a long flight

Just made my first flight plan using the new version. I haven't figured out all the new features yet but I love the new radial feature. It took me a bit to figure out how to save a PLN file because it saves a bit different but a check in the manual sent me to the new export option. I do miss the Google map because the texture map and street maps worked together although I understand the problem with their servers. Have to work with what we got and Tim did a great job with it. Like with anything new, it takes a bit of getting used too. I appreciate all the work it must have taken to set up the

Someone sent this to me and a figured I would share. It's a tour of some POI's in the US in a old paper winged AC(forget the name). I wish my scenery looked like that!
