If you decide to use the updates, it is better to do them regularly. If it happens (like in your case) to have a large amount to be installed, it is most likely that you got errors if attempt to install them all at once. If its win7 and after install you got a large list of available updates, check them in a 6-7 batch at time, not all 90+. I set it to notify me , but let me choose which i install. This helps avoiding the new driver installs. I install new drivers only when i really need them. If it works, don't fix it . Nice setup , btw .

Agree on that. But it really looks nice .

At the video card look more at what kind of memory it has. If its a 2Gb card, i presume its a DDR3 memory chip card. The ones with DDR5 are better (also more expensive). I don't think that the 660 will give you something extra , especially if your current card is a DDR5 card with 128 bits bus speed.

Well, i was trying FSX in W8 and now i'm in W8.1 64bits. Not sure how others are doing it (saw some info that FSX runs perfectly in W8.1), but for me its working only in Dx10 mode. In Dx9 i got crashes, stopped working, not responding and whatnot. In DX10 its smooth and stable with nice sharp image. I got some ugly artifacts (trees reaching in the sky, black walls etc.) after ~2h of flying. After i installed the last ATI driver the artifacts still pops up sometimes, but they go away (still testing on this). Not sure about the artifacts, maybe the reason is that i have an ATI HD7770 card. Nothi

Good to see you are back . -
Yep, just made a test with Firefox. Kasper is right. Something is wrong with the google link. Other (like Yahoo) search engine is fine for me.

Bets fun is the start of the company, good luck to it. I did the same when i reached ~ 1.5 bil $, though my fleet had only about 15 planes. With the new company i use only the Carenado Baron, and the 182 's for the AI. Flying manually is much more fun and my new goal is to build the company without loans. Erm ...i have what i have with the banks. Anyway i have 6 mil already ...i'm a millionaire!

Get well Alan! There are some new planes, needs to be sorted out asap.
