pacinka 0
Hi, I'm new here, and I am attempting to post a screenshot, however it does not seem to be working (I am uploading the screenshot using ImageShack). Could someone please help me? Regards, John
pacinka 0
Well, it doesn't seem like anyone is going to answer. This is the best I can do for posting the screenshots. Sorry if this is the wrong way to do it, but I hope they will still count for the competition. The first two are Spitfires, and the last one is a Hurricane. Good luck to all. http://img339.imageshack.us/i/screenshot1azr.jpg/ http://img88.imageshack.us/i/screenshot2hgw.jpg/ http://img708.imageshack.us/i/screenshot3fsc.jpg/ EDIT: edited by Mutley for John Regards, John

First of all, :icon_welcomeani: to the most friendly FS-forum on the web. I guess it was the wrong time of day for getting a quick response last night. To post your images from Imageshack you need to use the link called "direct". By the looks of it you used the "Link" version. Just copy the Direct link, and click on the small image icon in the toolbar (5th icon from the right) and paste the link there and the screenshot should show up... Hope that helps /Micke
stu7708 244
Even if it's been entered a few times already I just have to throw another BAe JS4100 into the mix for this month..

mutley 4,497
Thanks everyone for our best contest yet. Absolutely brilliant entries from all of you. As everyone knows my main judging criteria is adherence to the subject. The Spitfire is pretty obvious but the Harrier is up there too with its innovative thrust vectoring. So this month I award the prize to simi_av8r with this excellent shot. Well done Simi, check your PM's

dodgy-alan 1,587
Nice pic simi, well done, How did you do it if you dont mind me asking? I,m assuming you have some sort of formation tool.
simi_av8r 0
Nice pic simi, well done, How did you do it if you dont mind me asking? I,m assuming you have some sort of formation tool. Hi Dodgy-Alan, I used the new FSRecorder 2.1 with FS9. It has a new play-back mode where-by you can run a GUI after recording the original flight in your choice of A/C. Whilst in this GUI, you can 'insert a copy' of the flight and this then becomes AI controlled, following on the same heading, pitch and bank (or any combination of these) as the original flight as well as delay the actions of the AI aircraft by any user-timed amount (including fractions of a second).... Its all very complex to explain really, but in practice it really is simply a case of record the original flight, save it then bring up the GUI, copy/paste the new AI flight track, alter the position/time delay of the new AI flight track, then select if it should copy either pitch/bank/heading (or any combination of these - heading only is best/most realistic) and play it back. If it's not to satisfaction, return to the GUI, alter the settings and try again...and again, and again till its right. Then repeat with the other aircraft altering position/delay etc using positive/negative figures as required. Infact, if there's call for it i'll be happy to do a full walkthrough using the new FSRecorder 2.1 for us die-hard FS9 users...

Thanks Mate, I have to say it sounds like an awful lot of b-gg-ring about to get the shot. And I thought some of mine were awkward!! I dont think I,ve got that feature on mine, Or if I have ive never found it!! you deserve the prize just for the effort of building it !!
simi_av8r 0
DA, indeed it was a lot of effort, but as said above definitely well worth the final result. I'll see what i can do regards a walkthrough/how-to guide and have it posted sometime in the near future......
