Nice flight and awesome landing :mrhappy: Good stuff!! Steve -
Excellent as always. Mighty crisp shots with good angles and lovely weather, love it! steve

Hey guys. Thanks for the comments and am loving the aircraft. Will try for a little more realism in my next shots, these were done pretty fast and i can see plenty of mistakes after i posted them. TAP, the ground was a little more grey in the master. What i tend to do with my editing these days is.....Contrast - Curves RGB - Curves individual colors - Brightness - Visual Editing - Effects - Final tweaking. Contrast is obvious, just sharpens the image up. Curves RGB can lighten or darken select tones so i can make whites very bright without effecting anything else or vice versa. Curves Ind

Hey guys. Finally got my hands on the Level-D 767 and love it, thanks to MartinW selling it to me so cheap ! :mrhappy: Here's just 3 shots taken at Portland in Delta colors. No flight as i'm still familiarising myself with the many systems modelled. Rolling down the taxiway. Talking to the tower..."Position and hold". My first rotate in this bird with many more to come.. Looking forward to many flight hours in this bird. Thanks for looking. steve

DGOR by saying you love the "Harrier" are you suggesting that this Tornado might have VTOL capabilities ? :mrhappy: steve -

Very nice simi !! I've been plastering all day :mrhappy: steve -
Hey guys. Was just sorting out my AI as i have a few overlaps. I am now trying to rebuild some decent AI for the airports a frequent the most. The question i have is about summer and winter flight plans. Do i need to install both or do these flight plans simply repeat one day after another no matter what time of year it is in FS. Thanks steve

Leg 81: Dakar [GOOY] -->> Tenerife South [GCTS]

Great scenery shots looking almost real. Interesting flight too, good job.... steve -
Incredible shot and must say this latest incarnation of the 757 looks fantastic. A review maybe? :mrhappy: steve

Very nice Tap. You just get better and better. Look forward to the next post. steve

Cheers for the great comments guys :mrhappy: Yes joe it took a while but not as long as you might think. Ground shots take some time but shots in the air only a minute or two. The smoke is half FS, i simply added a little more volume to what was there. I think this is my 3rd or 4th best yet post i've had from you. I don't know how much longer i can keep it up :eyebrow: Thats a harsh challenge your laying down John. If i put my shots along side a real one i think it would be more than obvious but i might try  Thanks again guys... steve

Hey chaps. This is a post for all you guys who like to see a full flight. My mouse is still in recovery from 30 edits!! :mrhappy: Some of them not very good but a couple i'm very happy with. Hope you enjoy the flight..... Sky Europe have a Hub at Vienna LOWW and fly from there to Nice. As ive flown to Nice quite often of late i decided Basel-Mulhouse LFSB would make an interesting flight along the edge of the Alps and so i started to plot my new flight. The aircraft is the PMDG 737-700 with Winglets. Ive always liked Sky Europes colors but there were no decent paint jobs until now. On to

Hey martin. If not already snapped up i'd be interested in the PIC 737, LvlD 767 and FS Global. Possibly the 777 but i need to go have a look first. Steve

Great news simi, sounds like you had a blast steve

Cheers guys. It was certainly an enjoyable flight and believe it or not, edge of my seat flying at times due to low visibility and huge updrafts. I had a look joe for the FSD PC12 but could not fine it in case the aircraft uses 2 names. What i do know is the aircraft is a Socata TBM700 A. She is a very powerful single engine but with the feeling more like a turboprop. She is built for militarty use under the role of Recce, light trainer and military transport. Two of the liveries are for the French and Belgium airforces. It comes equiped with outstanding VC and cabin from which i flew most

Hey guys. I tried to do a full and interesting flight for the JF forum and finally thought i had flown one worth posting only to get a nice CTD on approach. Still i thought the shots may be of some interest to somone so here you go. The flight was to be a scenic flight over the Alps between Klagenfurt and Salzburg both in Austria. My aircraft the TBM 700 A, as recomended freeware in PC pilot and already on my HD. The weather was crisp and clear over Klagenfurt and the time 3.00pm on this autumnal evening. Pre-flight checks as nobody needs a dead engine over the alps. Getting up on runway

Hi and welcome to mutleys forum What you were seeing was FS9 but edited shots. Sadly for you Humberside was done for FS9 by UK2000. I recomend you take a look at their stuff if you like the UK as they have some nice airports for FSX now. Hopefully Humberside will feature in his to do list as i know Leeds/Bradford is in there. Any other questions feel free to ask as there are some here who are way more knowledgeable than me. Thanks for the comment also steve

Hey martyn. I understand that its very rare for freeware to compete with payware and to be honest, usually only GA seems to ever come close to payware at all. I just wondered with the aircraft probably only appealing to a more select audience if having a decent freeware out there would hinder sales. Obviously if the product gets good review then more sales will follow so all the best with this and your other ventures steve

FSX Dynamic Benchmark Run Results
reef replied to mutley's topic in Flight Simulator X (FSX) / FSX Steam Edition
I just read an interesting topic in PC format of a similar vein. Basically they ran a £1000 PC with DX10 against a £350 PC with dx9. The Dx9 rig ran faster if DX10 had its fancy features enabled and concluded if your happy with the speed of your Dx9 PC, upgrading to DX10 was pointless. Interesting for me as im considering upgrading my PC soon and DX10 was an option but for the cost not worth what i'll gain. steve -
Should be interesting to fly especially if you could roll back your upcoming traffic program as far back as when this was in service. Its a shame more people dont develop older airports. Is the shot work in development ? I wonder does it effect sales when there is already a decent freeware aircraft out ? Looking good though. steve

Thanks guys  allardjd, I generate weather with FS9 but use Flight Environment which gives me many cloud options. I believe joe is using Flight Environment X which looks fantastic and is the follow on for FSX. steve

Hey guys. This was meant to be me familiarising myself with the Bae 146 by flying between Bergen and Oslo. The weather chucked up this sky and i just had to take a snap. Hope you like it. Its probably my most favourite shot i've ever taken. Perfect Sky... steve

Hey joe, I think i wrote that a little wrong. What i meant to get across was that its expensive for the ammount of use i would get from it. I use Flight Deck 4 at the moment with Alphasims Enterprise and carrier landing is an experience indeed. Back when i first started with FS i bought the Enterprise and made this very short, rather rough video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYOKWjiQAAY My two and a half year old daughter still requests a viewing on a regular basis  I think she just likes the music though  I think it may be time to blow the dust off her and have another go.

Great shots and look forward to your review. I had seen this released along with the A6E Intruder but the only thing stopping me buying them is i find Alphasim to be rather pricey. I find myself buying such an aircraft only to fly half dozen times before it ends up gathering dust. So while they are much fun to fly especially as i have Alphasim Enterprise, i can't bring myself to purchase them, lovely as they are. What the flightsim world needs is an up to date combat sim with graphics like FSX. I used to love flying combat ops in Falcon 4.0 in a live theatre of war where anything could happe
