  1. Here is my three for this month Spitfire Twilight - the Irish Aer Corps purchased these in 1951 and lasted until 1961. They also used de-navalised Seafires (more info on the Irish Aer Corps - http://www.military.ie/air-corps/history) The classic cockpit of the massive Tu-114, less famous than the Russian 'Bear', which spawned from it.   12. Interesting. I'm using the FS9 Normal screen options, and it might be the fact that your -600 options include "Automatic Radio Tuning" switched on. I did have some problems with that, so turned it off on all models and haven't ahd a problem since. It'll be in the FSX toolbar

  14. There was rumour that the amount of Spitifres being airworthy might decrease the price of them - not too sure this will happen though. Hopefully some will be displayed 'as is', with a restored Spittie along side, with the whole story behind the packing and discovery etc.
