needles 1,013
I want to see Andrew on a bike as pillion passenger. My eyes are streaming since I read his reply to Steph.
dogtrack 346
Did 2013 but missed last years. Plan on being there for this years event. Any of you remember the Blackpool events, many moons ago. At the old Casino building near the Pleasure Beach circa 1999-2000. Then there was the NEC events at Birmingham, sponsored by Microsoft around 2001-2002. Bought my first Buttkicker at the NEC.....MMmm, getting all nostalgic now. Been to Weston a couple of times in the past also...worth a visit if only for the museum. Bit cramped with the show though.

brett 2,314
No offence Steph but I didn't have a pic of you and the hubby or you would have been included in the edit. I am sure you guys are much cuter than the ones pictured. I was lucky to have a pic of Andrew though.

Captain Coffee 2,030
@Steph - I've this one for sale right now, unfortunately it's in BC, Canada Man, that would be a long trip up to see it...but a gorgeous ride back home. How much are you asking for this March? ( In a PM/Private...talking $ in public... ) I was actually looking for a Sport Tour, ST1100 would be my first choice...but man that is a gorgeous looking bike...and that huge "side bag" hanging off the starboard side looks like it would hold at least a few hard cases worth of camping gear, and a spare helmet, gosh, maybe even room for someone cute willing to sit in it. dodgy-alan 1,587
Not going to be able to make it guys, Not a lot of spare dosh around at the moment since the rent went went up and housing benifit went down! Also have trouble doing long drives these days and there and back in a day would damn near impossible. Marie doesn't drive so its down to me and it would be a marathon! Great idea but just not practical i'm afraid.
wain 879
Hard luck Al, guess that is a long way from Sussex........maybe next year? Wayne
needles 1,013
That's a shame Alan. We've come down from Drumnadrochit but it takes us two days driving and we combine it with a weeks holiday. A shame you'll miss it.
hlminx 301
Top day at Cosford. Great to see everyone. I'll post the photos when I get back home. @Jess - don't forget to pm me with the recipe for Needles' cake. That was so worth the calories!
Jess-b 420
Will do Steph. I'll grab it when we get home.
stu7708 244
Careful there Steph and Jess, if the recipe for that cake gets to wide spread the suppliers of chocolate won't be able to keep up with demand
needles 1,013
Steph, it was great meeting up with you. The rest of that cake is well and truly anchored in the balls of my feet. It weighed so much it went straight down to my legs. The doc' is going to have a fit when he next weighs me. Thanks Lynda for a truly chocolatey chocolate cake. That would cost about £8.00 a portion in any reputable coffee shop. Mmmmmm!
hlminx 301
Was great to meet you too! Looks like everyone had a fantastic day. The cake was ź as a stunning slice of decadence and deliciousness.. Thumbs up to Lynda for making a great bake. I cook most weeks so it will be nice to try something new.
