  1. Sad news, some reports said they saw it spiralling down. Blue Skies Guys.
  2. Berlin Express also damaged in another incident at the same show.
  3. It was Miss Velma, the aircraft apparently had flown in especially for the show.
  4. Great captures Jim. Weather looked marginal, have to watch the peaks round there.
  5. Republic Seabee over the emerald isle. Thanks for viewing
  6. Beautiful set of captures. Some real crackers there. Well done.
  7. A small carpenters shop in Nazareth, the phone rings, "Hello, is that Mr Christ?" JC replies, "Yes that's me, what can I do for you?" The caller continues, "Well, I want to talk to you about your pension options." I See" says JC "I had this conversation with my father a few weeks ago, he reckons they're a waste of time, especially in my case, though no Idea what he meant by that!" the caller replies, "Ah ok, have you thought about life insurance?" "Err no, Dad said that was a waste of money as well." The caller replies, "Oh I see, Your Dad sounds like an intelligent man, What did he say regard
  8. Further proof that you cannot do a Lomcovak in a B737.
  9. (Company sales pitch) "All the aircraft we build are tested in our state of the art simulator. Unfortunately our pilots are not!"
  10. That's Nina, she's 1/1 scale.....and everything works on her........at least when she can be bothered to get off her arse! LOL. That pic slipped in by accident.
  11. Attended the show yesterday, great day out with a lot of decent work on show. ( I wonder how long these will stay here until PB notices what I've done! LOL)
  12. Interesting possibility.would certainly start to draw the line under the story if it turns out to be genuine.
  13. Sharknado, ...just when you thought it had gone away!
  14. Guy in the boat, " I can smell fish!" Girl, " Are you implying I don't wash?"
  15. I agree the panel lines on some were somewhat overdone at first glance, however I preferred those to the raised panel lines used on many kits of the same era. The other thing is that, when you spray brush the models only a thin coating is applied which still shows the large lines. However us Hairy Stick users by definition apply an slightly thicker coat and this will often disguise oversized panel lines whilst doing so. The result being that the finished models have panel lines no worse than anyone elses spray finished items.
  16. The thing is they didn't even have the decency to give us a cut off date or send and email forewarning of the impending change, they just did it suddenly. It's completely screwed up thousands of pictures that I had on there. Not only for this forum but other stuff as well. My wife has here own account and rarely posts any pics from it but even hers have been stopped. Whilst I can understand the commercial reasoning, I think the way they went about it was totally outrageous and will I think destroy their prospects for good. Either way they have lost me as a customer.
  17. Indeed it is the old Matchbox one, Revell did a repop a few years ago but this one is an original.. It['s still the only i/m kit of this aircraft ever produced although I believe there is a Vac-Form model around though never come across it.
  18. Great captures, the Hunter is a beautiful aircraft from any angle.
  19. A link is further up the comments Dolf.
