good point Brett, I am guilty of that as I fly between XP and FSX and have simialr Aircraft in both sims..consider my wrist slapped.....
-
XP not feeling the love from some of the above posts, not surprised they have pulled the plug as both parties have said not very encouraging things in the past about the other's products, like Phil said there is a lot of great stuff around both free and payware, unlike FSX I have bought Airports for XP and not scenery, FSX I have bought ORBX scenery but only 2 Airports.......what I am surprised at is the backing of Aerofly FS2, I was getting the impression this was going nowhere.....

All sorted John? looking at maybe upgrading fromASN to AS16 with my REX HD Textures and Soft Clouds, I am guessing by the previous posts they work well.... On the subject of Saitek trimwheel I find if I move the wheel it disables my Thrustmaster flightstick, dont know how and certainly dont know how to stop it happening...driving me bonkers, in FSX this is as I have sacked P3D......
-
are you using REX textures with AS16? what about REX Soft Clouds?, not sure whether to upgrade from ASN....
-

Just having to restart, had P3D issues and now lost patience with it, big uninstall, reinstall FSX and start AH2 again, not lost much as I had lots of small things going on, P3D was behaving like an annoying teenager everytime I fired it up so it got the push regardless of how good it looks, fed up with fixing just want to fly.... -
thanks guys, yeah back to work now so sods law says I will start feeling better..... yeah Matt some good work going on in XP at the mo, not really used 11 too much yet though, finally banished P3D from my PC as the latest version has caused me so many issues, so starting over with AH2 and FSX.....

glad you got it sorted, hopefully it will be worth all that effort...when you go on Aerosoft forums they have 2 different ones for the language but when I had a problem with one of their XP airports all their replies were in English which was very helpful to me, I lived in Germany for a while but most of my language skills revolve around food, directions and numbers.....

So this was my one and only flight over the holiday, have had a head cold and chesty cough now for 5 weeks, hardly drank or ate a thing over the break but did sleep a lot...anyway I picked up LEBL from Justsim for XP.... taxi out at LFMN ready to roll climbing out getting ready to turn left for the inbound leg.... on the money, lined up and on the g/s... smoothly down.... enjoy your stay.....

I am still using the old Traffic 360, had it working in FSX and P3D but I guess the schedules and some of the liveries could now be quite old,,,did your install go ok John?
