  1. OK - here's the next one (and I mean the red thing not the Hunter behind!):
  2. It is a Supermarine Attacker. Trying to find out more information about the actual aircraft, but can only read the '250' part
  3. Complete respect for those who used film - so much easier with digital and shooting in RAW! Personally I use a 55-300mm lens for air work (although not really tested it for that)
  4. Turkey! Hopefully a few bits and pieces for my camera. Sadly not this lens though - http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1013957-REG/tamron_a011_n_sp_150_600mm_f_5_6_3_di.html BTW - if you are a photographer, prepare to spend money. I mearly have several times on that website!
  5. Hi all, I chose the Canberra PR9 as my competition prize (thanks to all who voted!). A few shots from the first flight, mainly to check that the software is working. Now time to look at the manual! Thanks for looking! And yes, I made the classic mistake of lining my eye up with the runway rather than the nosewheel!
  6. Why isn't 42 the answer? Just because the question is 6x9! Anyway, the mission looks interesting and I like it!
  7. Ask Just Flight about this Anders - their customer service is normally excellent. Just give all the facts (including computer specs)

  9. Over to you Brett! More wing than plane!
  10. I agree with you Anders (welcome to the forum by the way!), however it is not excessive in relation to the other products of the same quality
  11. The price is for both the FSX and P3D versions. There are packages for FSX only and P3D Academic only for $49.99. As a comparison, the J-3 Cub is $39.99 if bundled, $45 if not
  12. It's always a fascinating question as to what may have happened. What if the Germans had produced the atomic bomb? Or long range rockets? However, we will never know. At least those in the former occupied countries remember those who fought and died for their freedom. Many bombers that were shot down over France, Beligum, Holland etc. are often remembered on the date that they crashed, VE Day and on the country's own memorial day. Shame that the home nation seemed to forget. The treatment of Irish survivors of the war was very harsh, due to the political climate of the period here (hav
  13. I have clearly missed this 'shirt' issues, but hey-ho! Glad they got some info out of the comet - we'll just wait and see what it means!
  14. So the two main viewpoints here are: 1) It should stay in the UK 2) The wife rules
  15. There's one up for tender: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/374917/20141113-Schedule1_Shackleton_clean.pdf
  16. And when I saw the topic title, I thought de Havilland.....
