Excellent shots Sam! -
Ever since this section was announced, I wanted this leg. After all, how many times do you get to fly a large aircraft into London City? Anyway, on to the story! The plan was simple. Train to Heuston, bus to the airport, flight to East Midlands, bus to Nottingham, train to London St. Pancras, Eurostar to Brussels and finally another train to the airport. Simple? To me, yes. When I got word that Joe had landed at Brussels, I set off on my extended journey. Of course, flying Aer Lingus to Brussels would save about 2 days, but where is the fun? And anyway, I had to find an aircraft. L

Been on the look out for one with Aer Lingus decals, as it was the first aircraft my dad flew on (Manchester - Cork and return) Superb model there alan!

Very nice helicopter!

Cropping is allowed, not sure about blurring. Rule 5 (Only superficial edits are allowed (re-size, minimal sharpen etc), nothing over the top i.e not composite shots unless that is the theme. What is shown in the picture needs to be representative of what you see in flight sim.) indicates that blurring isn't allowed, but I'll leave Joe (Mutley) to clarify

Excellent leg Joe - bet you didn't see my aircraft anywhere. Seem to have mis-placed it somewhat.........

Alan did indeed get it way back in February 2013!

I believe it is the same aircraft March - the Lancaster (FM213) was in all-white colours at one time (ie the last time it went to Iclenad actually!) -
You are good Andrew - very good. This particular aircraft actually crashed, sadly killing the pilot - http://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/wiki.php?id=62842
