Ace job there, Lieutenant! Report to the Top Gun Class immediately... And thanks for sharing. Did you start the carrier turorial with the Hornet and change to the Hunter? Good catch, anyway! Cheers - Dai.

Product Review New Review - Opencockpits USBDC motors Card
ddavid replied to mutley's topic in News and Press Releases
A most comprehensive Review - Thanks, Jack! I particularly enjoyed your introduction - it's a while since I did electric motors at college. I'm still considering building that collective with the Open Cockpit kit, maybe we can talk about it at Weston? Thanks for preparing the Review - much appreciated! Cheers - Dai. -
Glad you enjoyed the MEBAR, Rob - thanks for joining us! And thanks for the DC-2. I was introduced to her in Ernie Gann's book 'Fate is the Hunter" and have the UIVER model in my hangar. Haven't had much time with her - yet - but she's most impressive and quite realistic. You got to do it 'by the numbers' and I really like that. Can be a bit touchy sometimes, as I found out on GAAR 2011 at Lady Elliott Island: But practice makes perfect - I hope! Cheers - Dai.

That's cool - and I'm really impressed with that unicyclist - how does he keep up? A snip at €1,250.00, eh? Cheers - Dai.

Right on the nail, John - see this, from Aljazeera: http://english.aljazeera.net/video/americas/2011/05/20115515014654164.html Must've been damaged on landing or subsequently? Cheers - Dai.
-
O.K. - gurus - what's this the tail of? Not a B206, anyway... Cheers - Dai.
-
Well deserved for the screenshots on MEBAR, Tim - and thanks for sharing the prize with us! BTW, where's Sharon off to? Cheers - Dai.
-
Looks like you're using Oncourse-Software's 'Pro-Flight 2000', Rob. But I won't tell Tim! Cheers - Dai.
-
But wait 'til it rains! Nice shots, Rob-R - thanks for sharing! Cheers - Dai.
-
Was thinking the same, myself - thanks for clearing that up, Tim. Cheers - Dai.

First off, a neat shot, but not really an entry... This was taken of Sharon and the Boss (Who He? - Ed) at the end of Mutley's Mission - But... On a more serious note, how's about the Boeing B747-4J6(LCF) Dreamlifter just lifting off from EGHI: Maybe more to come - if I can get the blighter into the paintshop! Cheers - Dai.

Ready for the last Leg - give the Devon Air Ambulance guys a wave... Leaving EGHU: Over the north Devon coast - Bristol Channel ahead: Making the base turn for EGDX and the re-fuel stop: Short final at St Athan's: ATC cleared us for over-flying EGFF, honest! Another land-fall - this time it's Weston-Sur-La-Mare: And this is where we'll all be in 2 weeks time - the Helicopter Museum, WSM: Old Sarum - both hill fort and airfield: Joining the circuit at EGHI: Another shaky approach... And it's All Over - bar the shouting, of course! "MINE'S A PINT, JOE!!" Thank

After a quick lunch, we're on our way again: Wind has dropped so they let us use the tarmac - thinks "Must get that E.S. scenery!": Leaving the Scillys, heading for the Mainland, again: Landfall at Land's End - My Golly but the car park's full: Bit of a shaky Touch and Go at St Just: But, as The Cisco Kid said - "It went": Over the north Cornish coast: Making the turn at Hartland Point: And I thought it was Wednesday? There's EGHU ahead: Short Final: Touch down at Eaglescott: Now for a bit of R&R - and a Kanga-Burger (Thanks, Andrew!): Only one Leg to
