  1. I've been running Avast! on the last two or three home computers. No problem what so ever. There's a free version that's just AV, and a payware version that adds Firewall and SPAM filter if I remember correctly.
  2. No exact word on the price yet, only that it will be in the same range as their previous complex airliner products.. So somewhere around where the MD-11 and 747 is at is a fair guess ($50-$80).
  3. Where did you find that Gabe?? This is what was posted by RSR eariler today... Or was it just based on the level of detail in the model :wootmesalia:
  4. This just keeps looking better and better... Just hope my computer can keep up with this bird...

    Happy Birthday

:birthday1: JD Hope you had a good one.
  6. Ahh.. I get it. You learn as long as you live I guess.. And from what I've read on the forum, Yes it simulates TIY.
  7. You got me there Dai.. what does TIY stand for???
  8. Great looking video Soya... Will have to look into getting Shawbury Fields sometime soon..
  9. Great paint.. The first image with german markings did make me wonder so thanks for the deeper info on it...
  10. After 2,5 years in development Aerosoft are preparing to release their Bell 205 Huey. If nothing major turns up in the next day or so the digital download version are scheduled for release on wednesday according to their preview forum. I have never really managed to master the art of flying rotorcrafts in FSX before, but this one might make it into my hangar on sentimental grounds. One of the first flight sims I toyed around with way back in the 80's was a Huey simulator for the Atari 520ST.. But needless to say the Aerosoft model looks a tiny bit better :th_smiles73: Some VC shots. And

    HD MD-11 action!

Great stuff Soya.. wouldn't mind switching computers with you anytime :th_smiles73: Joe, also take a look at this.
  12. Great stuff Stefan... That shiny bare metal AA version looks absolutly stunning...
  13. Great shots Dai.. Too bad I'm swamped at work and at home right now, had that not been the case I would have joined in on this... As it is I havn't logged a single FS minute since new years :001_th_smiles48:
  14. While they all look very good indeed, that last one really caught my eye.. looks great.
  15. That blue tint gave the shots a very cold feeling to them. Very nice..
  16. That's, word by word, exactly what I was going to say.. :icon_thumbup:
  17. Don't worry Joe.. even if he runs out of fumes it should be possible to glide it in from there :th_smiles73: Great shots Tim, love the resolution too..
  18. Missed another new Aerosoft relese Ben Gurion Tel Aviv Airport That's one came out of the blue.. havn't even seen it mentioned in their preview forum before release
  19. Can I include my ATWC leg into Toncontin in that challenge :th_smiles73:
  20. Something for the press releases prehaps. New product out from Aerosoft. Dangerous Airports 1
  21. I just have to agree with the rest here.. Stunning...
  22. While the three examples above are stunning I'm not that impressed. The first guy I feel has fallen into the trap of over doing it. It just gets to point where he tries to put as much stuff in the piece that you get overwhelmed.. and the second guy does master the arts of using effects (overdrive and delay mainly) but he suffers a bit from the same problem. The last video was to me most impressive, but I agree with simmerhead that it's not a kind of music I really like listening to. With all that said I have to contribute with someone I really admire as a guitarist. In my mind a discussion o
  23. Great end to this epic journey. :icon_rockon: Great looking shots, and that liverey is really good. To bad the show doesn't air on any of the BBC channels we get here.. Oh, and count me in for the next time round :icon_thumbup:
  24. Great stuff Joe.. Like Kieran I've been away for a few days and are trying to catch up wiht things, and the final leg of the ATWC comes high up on the priorities :icon_thumbup: Love the Islander, but it's so slow... takes ages to get me any where... and those approach/landing shots looks stunning...
